Benefits

Spectranetics believes a quality benefit package is important in recruiting and keeping quality talent. Our active, regular employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits. Effective dates for most benefits are the first day of the month following the date of employment. Employees may elect medical, dental and vision coverage for their dependants to include spouse, children, stepchildren or dependents for whom employees have legal guardianship.
